You wrote the story yourself and you own it. No copied, translated or reposted work. If you use AI tools you have edited the result and it is still your own story. You are 18 or older.

Nothing illegal, hateful or sexual involving anyone under 18. No explicit sexual scenes, no real people written in a harmful way, no phone numbers, links or social handles inside the story, and no promotion of other apps or sites.

Every story is free to read. A story can be switched to paid after it reaches 500 real readers, you have a verified selfie, a public social media page in your own name, and the team approves it. MyPerson can also switch a story to paid on its own. Fake readers, bots or paying yourself are checked for and lead to removal.

Readers pay with coins. MyPerson keeps 20% of each sale and you keep the rest as earned coins. Earned coins are held for 7 days, then you can withdraw them from the Wallet. A withdrawal fee of 15% applies and withdrawals are checked against your verified name, your bank account and your NIN.

MyPerson can hide a story, switch money off, hold earnings or reverse them when there is copying, fraud, refund abuse, fake readers, a chargeback, a broken rule or a legal request. We tell you why.

You keep the story. You allow MyPerson to host it, show it to readers, and promote it with your cover, title, excerpts, audio or video trailers. This is not exclusive: you can publish elsewhere, but MyPerson never sells the story to a third party without you.

You are responsible for your own taxes. You are responsible for what you write, and you agree to settle any claim that comes from your story being copied or unlawful.

You can stop at any time. A story that readers already bought stays available to those readers. We may end an author account that breaks these terms.
