Ichiejohn founded MyPerson and builds the platform behind it. He studied Accounting at Babcock University and started MyPerson to give Nigerians a safer, more honest way to meet. He also founded Sellevo.
Built in Nigeria, for Nigerians
MyPerson exists because finding a real, compatible partner in Nigeria is hard. We built something that understands how love actually works here.
Founded by Ichiejohn and Ogunb, both graduates of Babcock University.
Why we built MyPerson
The apps that existed were not built for us. They do not know that tribe, family and faith matter to millions of Nigerians, and they charge in dollars.
So we built MyPerson around Nigerian filters, Nigerian prices in Naira, Nigerian culture, and above all real people you can actually meet.
SafeDate came from a simple frustration: too many people make plans and then ghost. When you plan a date on MyPerson, both people put down a small deposit. If you show up, you get it back.
